Bayern Munchen vs Borussia 5-1
what a game from probably the cleanest looking football league, and very under-rated… sorry for taking so long to post anytime about german football.

Costly Tears
Its Funny how Carlos Costly, the Honduran foward, who as I remember Hand-balled a ball pass Lobardo Lopez and scored 2 goals in the victory over Mexico in San Pedro Sula, and then later clearly hand balled again to control a pass…. which he should have seen a red for….have the nerve to complain about the game.
Heres proof….
Costly himself spent some time in Mexico, living there with his mother and Mexican stepfather. Costly even played some of his Professional Football in Mexico, but soon was told HE was no good and drop from the a second division team…
So I can understand Some of his resentment towards Mexican football scene, Nobody wants to hear that they are not good.
In a Interview on Univison… Costly blames the Refs, one who he should be hugging for blowing the onside goal call with offside or else it would be 2-0… So he goes on to trash Gio Dos Santos for being overrated…and goes on to say Efrian Juarez was talking smack to him.
I guess mexican players are the only ones who talk smack during games.
Costly is a cheater and a sore-loser.
Im sure when you play vs Gio ,Vela or Guille in the EPL, so will probably do something dirty.
I do admire Costly’s passion and Heart, because he gives it all usually for his country.

Mata-dona?
I believe he is the greatest player ever, He carried a country and a team, Pele did not, so sorry if you rally for O Rei.
i love watching him on the DVD collections, But I guess alot argentines want his head, Just like Hugol Sanchez of Mexico, I guess great players dont make great coaches…
Maradona said he is going down with the team and HE is NOT resigning… Its a good mentality to have.
Maradona said this about his team… We are the best players and I’m proud of the team…. quote from Deportive OLe de Argentina
I guess its mainly the media that wants Diego out, and the media does influnce alot of people…

Franco was in england, working out detail for a contract with West Ham United. Guille got his registration deny to play back in his Birth Country of Argentina, who knows maybe they are mad because He became a Mexican citizen and is currently playing for the Senior Side.
Its sad Villareal let him go…
Good Luck, Franco….You play with a so much heart… Thats what football is all about!

Spain 3-0 vs Estonia
What a surprise huh? Even though this is the land of our Fathers…, I wish Spain could actually do this to a real team, we saw when they got a taste of negative football by the US in the Confederations Cup, and how a good slice of humble pie served the team, but beating up on Estonia and Belgium, and the minnows of europe is not cutting it..
I hope that Espana does great in the World Cup, the Euro was cool but it aint the WC, Since they are already qualified, along with england and holland.. Its just time for the underachieving to achieve
.
I hope Del Bosque plays Fernando Llorente alot more…

Concacaf qualifiers 2009
Well, the USA beat 1-0 T&T. Ricardo “the rock” Clark scored, He is proclaimed the glue that holds the midfield together but until yesterday, Ricardo is usaully absent and unseen in most games, Lando called Israel Castro’s 1-1 game tieing gol in the azteca , “a Lucky shot”, well wonder what He is calling Ricardo’s Shot?
T&T had chances, and were unlucky by hitting the crossbar in the 1st half, but the USA held together and struggled but they always manage a result, so Now USA sits atop the Group, with 2 qualifiers left…
El Sav beat Costa Rica 1-0, the first El Sav goal which DID go in, was cleared and the linesman said it didnt go in, but everything worked out , as like in the Mexico/Honduras game justice was served. EL Sav scored in injury time to win.
The self proclaimed king of concacaf, now have lost 3 games giving up a 8-0 vs agg and 9pts. Costa Rica plays T&T next.
